A pie, a slice, a soup and a biccie
A couple of hours of power and we'll have a few lunches and a couple of treats ready for the week ahead. Let's go.
What should we cook this weekend? I’m thinking a beautiful big spanikopita, a batch of chickpea, lemon and sweet potato soup, a tray of shortbread and another of burnt butter oat slice.
I made these four recipes (plus some fennel pickles) yesterday; it took just under two hours, and with kids home on School holidays, I am loving that we have g some good food in the fridge and treats in the pantry ready for busy days ahead when we’re working/studying/outside all day and don’t have time to stop and cook for lunch or dins.
